After photo is immediately after surgery. There are alternating simple sutures and vertical mattress sutures to of the incision, making the edges of the incision raised compared to the surrounding skin. This ultimately leads to a flatter, less noticeable scar.
After photo is post-op day 5. Only the vertical mattress sutures have been removed.
After photo is post-op day 8. The remaining sutures have been removed.
After photo is 6 months postop, just before complimentary ear piercing.
